1. Registration agreement

Replace this with the registration agreement, including the registry policies each TLD requires registrants to accept. .dk registrations are additionally subject to DK Hostmaster's own terms, which must be referenced here.

2. Renewal and cancellation

Replace this with the renewal terms. For reference, what the platform currently does: assisted renewal is off unless you switch it on. When it is on, we email advance notice and create a Stripe Checkout payment link 14 days before the domain expires. The domain is renewed only after you complete that payment. Reminders are also sent 30, 14, 7, 1 days ahead of expiry.

3. Fees and refunds

Replace this with pricing, VAT treatment and the refund policy, including what happens when a registration is paid for but the registry rejects it.

Consumers can withdraw from a new subscription within 14 days. See the withdrawal information and standard withdrawal form.

4. Data protection

Replace this with the privacy notice and the lawful basis for publishing registrant details in WHOIS.

5. Liability and termination

Replace this with limitation of liability, suspension grounds and termination terms.
