Your right to withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period runs to the next working day.

To exercise the right, tell us of your decision with a clear statement. The quickest way is the Withdraw function on your organization's billing page, which confirms your withdrawal straight away with a timestamped receipt by email. You may also email support@echo-reply.net, write to us at the address below, or use the model form further down, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Withdrawing ends the subscription only. Your account, organization and domains are kept. Domain registrations are separate orders with their own terms.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you for the subscription without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you will not pay any fees for the refund. A credit note is issued for every refund.

When you subscribe you may ask us to start the service straight away, during the withdrawal period, by ticking a separate box that reads:

I expressly request that the service starts now, during the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that if I withdraw, I pay for the service supplied until I tell you, in proportion to the whole contract.

If you ticked it and then withdraw, you pay an amount in proportion to the service supplied until you told us, compared with the whole contract. If you did not tick it, you pay nothing for the time before withdrawal. Ongoing DNS hosting is not fully performed when it is activated, so you keep the right to withdraw either way.

Renewing an existing subscription does not start a new withdrawal period. A new paid purchase does.
